Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel within 50 miles of Berkley, MA is included in all of our collections. For destinations further afield, a simple travel fee is calculated and added to your initial quote—no surprise costs later on.
Do you travel for photoshoots outside of New England?
Absolutely! While we are based in Massachusetts, we are always ready to pack our bags to document a story in a new location. Whether it’s a destination wedding or an adventurous engagement session, we handle all the travel logistics for you. Simply share your location in your inquiry, and we’ll provide a custom "all-inclusive" travel quote so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
What happens if your equipment fails, or heaven forbid, it rains?
Don't worry—we are prepared for the unexpected. We shoot on professional-grade cameras with dual memory card slots, meaning every photo is backed up instantly the moment it's taken. Once we're home, your images are stored on multiple hard drives and a secure cloud server. As for weather, we are experienced in all lighting conditions; whether it’s a bright summer sun or a rainy New England afternoon, we’ll use our expertise (and maybe some clear umbrellas!) to make the light work for you.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Quality takes time, but we know how excited you are to relive your day! Our standard turnaround time for the full curated gallery is four weeks. However, we love surprising our clients by delivering them even sooner whenever possible. To hold you over, you’ll receive a "Sneak Peek" gallery so you can share the magic immediately.
